Negar Shahbaz

Negar Shahbaz is the founder of NEGMA Leather Inc., a leather skin wholesale company that caters to manufacturers both in the U.S. and internationally, specializing in sourcing high quality Italian leather hides. She has led Negma which is based in San Diego, CA, as President for over 30 years.

Negar earned her MBA at the University of Hamburg, where she grew up.

Her commitment to and admiration of ISCC began 15 years ago at which point, she started volunteering and subsequently joined the Advisory Board.  

Negar left Germany 33 years ago and moved to the U.S. She now resides in La Jolla, California with her husband Majid and her two children.
