Behdad Eghbali is an Iranian-American businessman and investor, best known as the co-founder and managing partner of Clearlake Capital, one of the fastest-growing private equity firms in the world. He graduated from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley before moving to TPG Capital. In 2006, he co-founded Clearlake Capital, which later led a consortium to acquire Chelsea Football Club in 2022. Eghbali serves on the boards of several companies and nonprofits, including the Noor Foundation, his family foundation.
