Dr. Nima Gharavi is a leading dermatologist and expert in dermatologic and Mohs micrographic surgery. He serves as a Clinical Professor and director of Dermatologic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he also oversees the Micrographic Surgery fellowship and co-directs the Cutaneous Malignancies Tumor Board. Dr. Gharavi holds degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology, M.D., and Ph.D. from UCLA, and completed advanced training in dermatology and procedural surgery.
A diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and fellow of several dermatologic societies, Dr. Gharavi has received numerous academic awards and research grants. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed works and serves on multiple editorial boards while actively contributing to national and international dermatology conferences.
